Memorial Day Weekend

I know that I am 2 weeks behind on my trip to see my sister and BIL. Here is a quick overview of our trip.

Friday night-We arrived after an hour delay and headed to an all you can eat lobster place in Orlando. It was awesome. We tried to make it to Our Bodies exhibit but we were too late. So then we trucked down to Pleasure Island. I really loved this place. Surprisingly it was not packed at all. We went to comedy show and hit a few of the dance club. Probably my most favorite club was the 70s/80s club. It was funny to watch the videos that I never knew existed to some of the songs from that time. We got back to their place super late and crashed.

Saturday-We got to the beach later than planned. The boys only stayed a bit before heading to play golf. The weather was so nice. Not too hot! We laid out for a bit longer then headed back to shower. After that we went to the mall and used her Dillard's discount. By that time the boys for ready for dinner. We drove down the beach a bit for dinner. The place was completely open with sand under neath your feet in parts. The food and the music were great.

Sunday-We did the beach pretty much the whole day. Then B and my BIL grilled steaks on the grill for dinner. We made homemade potato salad and dirt cake. The food was so yummy. After dinner we headed to Pirates 3, which I highly recommend. It was so much better than the 2nd one and I didn't even realize it was really that long.

Monday-The boys played golf again while we hung out at home. It was nice to just sit around and gab. We looked at her wedding pics and fixed lunch. She went to work and we headed to the airport. The trip was over. It was a very sad good-bye.
