Denver

In Denver I spent most of my time working and eating. I really enjoyed the scenery of the snow top covered mountains and I was able to see Pikes Peak. The funny thing is I never understood why it was called the Mile-High City till I was actually there and it was explained to me. It is exactly one mile above sea level at the center of the city.

On Wednesday I was able to meet up with my friend from Kansas that happened to be at a convention that week. We actually were able to visit more than we thought on Wednesday and Thursday night. It was so good to see her.
