New Years and the Cotton Bowl

New Years was real low key. We went to a wine bar with friends and had dinner and toasted at midnight. It was good since I could not stop coughing and there was no cigarette smoke like a dirty bar that most do on New Years. It was right down from our house which made driving back a breeze.




Here are pics from the Cotton Bowl where Auburn beat Nebraska. WAR EAGLE It was so cold in the shade which of course did not help my cough. After the game we came back to our place and I cooked a traditional New Year's Day dinner. Ham, collard greens, blacked peas along with mac n cheese, brocoli n cheese and apple pie.
